BIM Modeller – Architecture & ID

Job Description

EDC Tech Pte Ltd is looking for a BIM Modeller specialising in Architecture to join our digital delivery team. You will develop and maintain detailed architectural Revit models for hospital and building projects across Singapore, working closely with BIM Coordinators and project teams to ensure design intent is accurately captured in every model.

This is a hands-on production role suited for someone who takes pride in model quality, understands architectural detailing, and is comfortable working within structured BIM environments on Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

•       Develop and maintain detailed 3D architectural BIM models in Autodesk Revit, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and detail views

•       Model architectural components such as walls, doors, windows, facades, curtain walls, ceilings, and interior finishes to required LOD standards

•       Extract and prepare architectural shop drawings, layout drawings, and submission packages from Revit models

•       Incorporate design changes and site modifications into the model promptly and accurately

•       Follow project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and modelling standards throughout all deliverables

•       Upload and manage model files within the Common Data Environment (CDE) on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

•       Coordinate with BIM Coordinators and other discipline modellers to resolve spatial conflicts and maintain model integrity

•       Perform basic self-checks on model quality before submission, including naming conventions, level alignment, and element categorisation

•       Use Bluebeam for drawing markup, redlining, and document review workflows

•       Support visualization outputs using Enscape for design reviews and client presentations where required

Requirements

•       Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building Information Modelling, or a related field

•       Minimum 3 years of hands-on Revit Architecture modelling experience on Singapore building or infrastructure projects

•       Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, and building components

•       Familiarity with Autodesk Forma formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for file sharing and document management

•       Experience using Bluebeam for markup and review workflows

•       Able to read and interpret architectural working drawings and specifications

•       Knowledge of Singapore building codes and authority submission requirements is a plus

•       Experience with Enscape or similar real-time visualization tools is a plus

•       Good communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
