BIM Modeller (C&S)

Job Description

As a key member of our Civil & Structural Team, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality projects that meet both client specifications and industry standards. We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a strong focus on accuracy, innovation, and technical expertise. You will be responsible for producing engineering drawings, managing construction documentation, and coordinating with various project teams to ensure successful project execution, including experience with Corenet submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering, building, detailed, and construction drawings using BIM software
• Develop and maintain material specifications for projects
• Liaise with various parties, including clients, contractors, and project teams, to gather project requirements
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
• Coordinate BIM workflows and ensure accurate model coordination
• Troubleshoot and provide practical solutions to project challenges
• Perform clash detection and model review using Revit Structure and other BIM tools
• Assist with construction documentation and support site teams during construction
• Experience with Corenet submissions and updates
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling for civil and structural projects
• Proficient in Revit Structure and familiar with BIM software
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive working attitude and eagerness to contribute to team success
• Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
• Experience with Corenet submissions and understanding of submission requirements
• Knowledge of construction documentation and material specifications
• Familiarity with local building regulations is an advantage
