BIM Modeller (LTA Project)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop accurate 3D BIM models for plumbing and sanitary systems in compliance with LTA BIM Execution Plan (BEP) using Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Prepare shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built documentation for submission.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, structural) to identify and resolve clashes and discrepancies.
• Update and maintain BIM models based on design changes and site feedback.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and liaise with site teams for technical support and clarifications.
• Attach to site when required to verify installations, perform site measurements, or provide support to the construction team.
• Ensure full compliance with LTA, PUB, and BCA requirements for plumbing and sanitary services.
• Maintain documentation and ensure proper version control of BIM models and drawings.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–4 years of BIM modelling experience, including work on LTA or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP; experience with Navisworks and AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Familiar with Singapore Building Codes and authority submission standards (PUB, BCA, LTA).
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to attend and support on-site coordination as required.
