BIM Modeller (M&E – Building Projects)

established M&E contractor actively involved in BIM-driven building projects in Singapore.

Role Overview

The BIM Modeller (M&E) will be responsible for preparing and coordinating BIM models for mechanical and electrical systems, supporting project teams in clash detection, coordination, and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain M&E BIM models (Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing) for building projects.

• Prepare coordinated BIM models in accordance with project BIM execution plans.

• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues with consultants and other trades.

• Produce BIM drawings, sections, and schedules for construction and submission.

• Support site teams with BIM-based coordination and updates as construction progresses.

• Ensure models comply with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and client specifications.

• Assist in as-built modelling and handover documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, or BIM-related discipline.

• Minimum 2–5 years of BIM modelling experience for M&E building projects.

• Proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

• Familiar with Singapore BIM standards and coordination workflows.
