BIM Modeller(M&E)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop BIM models for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services for New Build and A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects.
• Produce accurate 3D models, shop drawings and construction drawings using Autodesk Revit.
• Coordinate M&E services with Architectural, Structural and other trades to resolve design clashes.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings with Main Contractors, Consultants and project teams.
• Update BIM models according to design revisions, RFIs and site requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers and Site Teams to ensure drawings reflect site conditions.
• Assist with submissions to Main Contractors and Consultants.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of BIM modelling experience in Singapore's construction industry.
• Experience in M&E works for New Build or A&A projects.
• Able to interpret M&E, Architectural and Structural drawings.
• Good understanding of Singapore construction standards and M&E systems.
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
