BUILDING CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with consultant and subcontractor
• Identify the required materials and details from the consultant and co-ordinate with contractor for submission and approvals of drawings and construction details
• Plan and manage site activities
• Ensure project team is competent to carry out their work and resolve anticipated site problems
• Liaising with consultant on technical / design and co-ordination issue
• Identify all discrepancies in the drawings and design and bring to the attention of the Owner / consultant
• Quality and time control on site activities

Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / construction Management or equivalent
• At least 6 years in construction site experience in construction industry
• Confident and able to work under pressure
