BUILDING CONSTRUCTION GENERAL FOREMAN

· To assist the Project Manager in managing a construction site in its day to day operations.

· Familiar with structural or architectural works or wet work (plastering, brickworks)

· Familiar with external works, etc.

· Develop a work schedule for workers

· Supervise all construction workers

· Solve disputes between workers

· To carry out inspection of workers' personal protection equipment and safety gear in order to adhere to the company's safety policies.

· Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors

· Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.

Requirements

· Proven experience as construction foreman In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines

· Min 2 years of relevant working experience

· Shift work and weekend duty is required

· diploma, building construction related, skill evalution certificate level 1&2 BCA.

· Ite Skills Certificate (ISC)
