Building Construction Project Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Building Construction Project Engineer to join our project team. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience who are keen to learn and grow in the building construction industry. Training and on-the-job guidance will be provided.

The successful candidate will support the site team in daily construction activities, assist in coordination with subcontractors and consultants, and help ensure works are carried out according to project requirements, timelines, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and monitoring daily site activities and work progress
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants on site matters
• Support preparation and review of technical drawings, method statements, and site documents
• Assist in site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Help identify and resolve basic technical or site issues under guidance of senior staff
• Prepare simple reports and documentation related to project progress

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, or a related engineering discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with some site experience will have an advantage
• Willingness to learn construction methods, drawings, and site coordination work
• Basic understanding of construction processes and safety practices (training will be provided)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work on-site
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow instructions
