Building Construction Supervisor

Report to Production Director & Project Managers. Planned and execute workforce into production schedule. Coordinate with departments, information to logistics system to ensure existing information for further processing.

1. Helps in carrying out several tasks between production and workforce availability.
2. Planned and execute production, ensure productivity of the teamwork.
3. Ensure output was as per schedule and meet due date(s) for project(s).
4. Report/ update Directors the daily progress of work.
5. Ensure the proper order of raw materials so as to carry out process of work.
6. Be conscious of wastages; - planned and advice for correct quantity to purchase and cut.
7. Plan the delivery accordingly.
8. Perform filing and documentation issues, and provide with vital assistance in keep records.
9. Follows procedures of reporting on performance, budgets and other reports required from time to time.
