Assist the project manager to achieve work objectives, personally teachand demonstrate the work of the workers. Ensure that each worker meets thecustomer's requirements for progress and quality under the premise of ensuringsafe work. And the company's efficiency goals.

1. Attend Daily Tool-box meeting and briefing workers at 7: 30a.m.

2. Familiarize with Archi and Structural drawings

3. Communicate and implement the project manager's objectives to ensurework progress, quality and safety meet customer requirements.

4. Provided setting out according to the drawings requirments.

5. Teach and personally demonstrate workers how to ercet the shoring;Assembly prefab formwork; Install formwork and Dismantling the formwork.

6. Check the size, level and alignments of the formwork. Ensure that thecompleted form work quality meets the requirements of the ConsultantSpecification and PE Design Requirments.

7. And also meet efficiency targets set by the company and the siteoperation team.

8. Keep a daily record.

9. Report daily progress, quality, safety and efficiency to ProjectManager before leaving work.

10.Full time supervision of worker.
