Job Summary

You will apply your electrical knowledge and language skills to perform fieldwork effectively, working rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays, while maintaining physical and mental resilience.

Responsibilities

• Apply electrical knowledge to perform tasks safely and accurately in the field
• Communicate effectively using Bengali language and local dialects to coordinate with team members and stakeholders
• Work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays to ensure continuous operations
• Maintain physical and mental stamina to handle the demands of the job environment
• Utilize at least 2 years of relevant field experience to complete assigned duties efficiently

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the electrical field (essential for effective job performance)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in Bengali language and local dialects to facilitate communication in the work area

• Work schedule includes weekends and public holidays on a rotating shift basis
