Building Manager

Job Description:

• Perform daily inspections around the building to check for building defects and safety issues; propose and obtain quotations for necessary repair and maintenance works.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Conduct routine inspection to deter the encroachment and follow up with corrective measure.
• Supervise and perform routine maintenance works and repair services when required
• Attend to tenants’ requests, feedback and complaints
• Oversee and monitor housekeeping, tenancy fit outs and building improvement works
• Implement fire safety procedures and conduct routine fire drills for the building.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5years’ experience in building operations and maintenance of commercial building
• Diploma or Degree in relevant studies in Property Management, Facilities Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Certified Fire Safety Manager by SCDF is most preferred
• Excellent organizational and teamwork with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
