Oversee ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation), plumbing, and electrical systems. Schedule routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
Supervise on-site maintenance crews and negotiate contracts or coordinate with external vendors for specialized.
Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure the facility meets local codes, fire regulations, and occupational health and safety (EHS) standards.
Manage supply inventories, track maintenance budgets, and maintain documentation for facility operations.
A strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical (M&E) building systems.
The ability to make quick, practical decisions during facility emergencies.
Proficiency in managing multiple work orders, schedules, and budgets.
Typically requires 3 to 5 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management. Certifications in facilities management or related technical disciplines are highly preferred.
Serve as the first point of contact for feedback, emergencies, and complaint resolution to ensure occupant satisfaction.
