Job Description - BUILDING SUPERVISOR

Maintenance & Repairs: Inspect building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and schedule prompt servicing.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure the property meets local building laws, fire regulations, and occupational safety codes.
Tenant Relations: Act as the primary contact for resident or commercial tenant requests and complaints.
Vendor & Staff Oversight: Supervise on-site janitorial or maintenance workers and coordinate outside contractors.
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years in facilities management, building maintenance, or general construction.
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, plus blueprint reading.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, organizational, and clear communication abilities.

Education: High school diploma; technical certifications or a facility management diploma are a plus.
