Business Development Executive (Construction)

• Basic Salary : $3300 & above (depends on experience)
• Location: Near Tai Seng MRT (3 bus stops away)
• 5 days work (8am – 5pm)
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree
• Knowledge : Outlook, Excel, Word & Pdf
• Proficient in Chinese & English (Writing & Speaking)
• Builds strong relationships with local business owners and community members to generate new sales and partnerships within the city or region.
• Identifies local market opportunities, conducts face-to-face pitches, and closes deals with nearby clients to increase regional revenue.
• Manages a specific local territory by tracking area competitors, finding new leads, and driving in-person sales growth.
• Collaborates with neighboring businesses and attends local networking events to create mutually beneficial referral networks and promotions.
