Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end tender process, including reviewing tender documents, preparing cost estimates, obtaining specialist and subcontractor quotations, and ensuring timely tender submissions.
• Monitor tender portals/websites for new business opportunities and maintain the tender participation and potential opportunities list.
• Attend site show rounds, client tender interviews, and weekly Marketing Meetings.
• Liaise and negotiate with subcontractors and specialists to obtain competitive pricing and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and the India Tender Team to prepare and complete tender submissions.
• Arrange specialist interviews and prepare the Letter of Award (LOA) and contract documentation for awarded projects.
• Review contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.
• Prepare project budgets and hand over awarded projects to the Operations and Contract teams, ensuring a smooth transition and project profitability.
• Follow up on tender-related correspondence, clarifications, and client requests throughout the tendering and contract administration process.
• Maintain accurate tender and contract records and perform any other duties assigned by the Management and the HOD.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in tendering and contract administration.
• Knowledge of tender costing, contract review, and contract administration will be an added advantage.
• Experience in the construction and/or facilities management industry will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Good analytical, organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
• Candidates who are able to commence work at short notice will have an advantage.
