Working Days: 5 days

Working Hours: Mon to Fri : 9.00am to 6.00pm

Key Responsibilities

* Obtain new clients and secure potential commercial and government projects.

* Lead business growth by identifying and cultivating new opportunities to expand the company's portfolio and market presence.

* Manage sales inquiries for commercial and government projects.

* Consult with clients to ascertain requirements and needs.

* Submit tenders and negotiate prices with clients.

* Organize workflow to meet client deadlines for handover.

* Collaborate with designers, project managers, QS team, and purchasing team to ensure high-quality project completion, prioritize client satisfaction, and execute projects smoothly.
