Job Description

· Lead the tender team and achieve sales plans to achieve the company's goals/ performance targets.

· Manage project budgets. Reduce costs and increase profits during tenders.

· Ensure timely tender submissions. Design business proposals and solutions.

· Attend site visits and meetings and respond to inquiries.

· Find new customers and maintain relationship with existing clients

Requirement

· 3 years or above of experience above in M&E/ACMV sectors, involve the M&E projects.

· Familiarity with tender processes in ACMV/M&E.

· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering/ Business Management or similar.

· Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on leadership, problem-solving, and being results-oriented.
