Business Development Senior Engineer/Engineer

Role

• Drive sales growth within assigned segments by executing go-to-market strategies, acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts;
• Build strong client relationships;
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations functions for timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own, Define and Develop strategy for allocated accounts;
• Lead the implementation of Go-To-Market winning strategy;
• Uncover, Develop and Close opportunities within Enterprise IT segment with close collaboration with key stakeholders to sell Infrastructure as-a-Service offers;
• Responsible for end-to-end sales process with key stakeholders, from pipelines generation to project award;
• Build in-depth knowledge of products and business models to clearly articulate the strength and value proposition of Schneider Electric;
• Drive collaboration between Business Development and Marketing team to enhance product awareness and execute marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Engineering Diploma with 4 years / Engineering Degree with 2 years of proven business development or sales experience in construction, energy and/or facilities sectors;
• Preferably with critical power & cooling (e.g. UPS, CRAC, DCIM) background;
• Self-driven, strategic minded and innovative to meeting sales objectives and customer satisfaction;
• Entrepreneurial and Leadership mindset;
• Creative in solutioning and deal making with high energy and passion for digital technology solutions;
• Able to engage and communicate effectively with mid-level management and C-suite executives;
• Possess a positive and professional demeanor;
• Able to communicate effectively;
• Proficiency in additional languages, an added advantage;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
