Your Role

We are seeking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to expand our footprint in the hospitality sector across mainly in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.

• Carry out specifying activities with architects, designers, consultants and owners.

• Recommend and tailor innovative solutions to meet client needs, positioning the company as a trusted advisor.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

• Develop and execute plan to achieve sales target for designated markets or products.

• Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and business cases to management and clients.

• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.

• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in business development, account management, or solution selling to end user directly or through specifications to consultants.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Independent, self driven and results focused with minimal supervision.

• Innovative thinker with strong initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and developing new markets.

• Good knowledge of market conditions in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia will be added bonus.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by results.

• Willing to travel regionally when required.
