• Identify new piling and foundation project opportunities to drive business growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with main contractors, developers, consultants, and government agencies to expand client network
• Prepare and deliver presentations showcasing company capabilities to potential clients to secure projects
• Attend tender briefings and networking events to gather project information and foster industry connections
• Review tender documents and project specifications to ensure accurate understanding of project requirements
• Coordinate cost estimates with engineering and operations teams to develop competitive and feasible bids
• Prepare detailed quotations and tender submissions to meet client and project specifications
• Monitor project budgets and profitability to ensure financial targets are met
• Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to track project progress and address issues promptly
