CAD DRAFTER AND ADMIN

Job Description:

-         Design development and drafting of engineering, architectural and interior drawing.

-         Prepare detailed shop drawings.

-         Liaise with consultant, project team member for drawing verification and revision.

-         Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

-         Work together with other Project Staff and HQ staff for some documentation and administrative works.

Requirements:

-         Min Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Building, Architecture, Engineering (Civil), or equivalent.

-         Knowledge in BCA BIM submission standards.

-         Min 5 years relevant working experience using BIM Modelling and AutoCAD.

-         Prior working experience with Main Contractor will have advantage.
