C&S Design Manager (A1 Main Con)

Our client is a highly regarded A1 main contractor renowned for delivering some of Singapore's most prominent building and infrastructure developments. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, they are looking to appoint a C&S Design Manager to support the execution of major iconic developments across the island.

What you will do

• Lead and guide a team of engineers/coordinators to ensure effective delivery of design outputs.
• Manage and oversee design and planning activities to meet project objectives within budget and timeline.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on design matters, including submissions and approvals.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment across functions and project requirements.
• Monitor design progress, manage schedules, and review technical drawings and deliverables.
• Provide technical expertise in civil and structural design coordination, and ensure compliance with regulatory and workplace safety standards..

What you will need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a PE Board recognized university
• Minimum 8 years of relevant C&S design & coordination experience with large scale projects
