Job Summary

You will install, maintain, and repair various building products including cabinets, insulation, tile, and drywall. You will conduct inspections to identify needed repairs, document work accurately, and ensure tools and equipment are safe and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Install cabinets, insulation, tile, drywall, doors, and windows to meet project specifications
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe operating condition to ensure reliable use
• Conduct building inspections to identify and assess repair needs accurately
• Document all repairs and maintenance activities thoroughly for record-keeping
• Cut, shape, and alter materials precisely to fit installation requirements
• Measure and mark materials accurately to guide alterations and installations
• Perform all work following established safety best practices to protect yourself and others
