• Maintain tools and equipment in safe operating condition to ensure reliable performance
• Perform work following safety best practices to protect self and others on site
• Conduct building inspections to identify and assess repair needs
• Document repairs and maintain thorough records for project tracking and quality control
• Cut, shape, and alter materials accurately to fit installation requirements
• Measure and mark materials precisely for alterations and installations
