CHIEF EXECUTIVE

a) Formulate short-term plans and long-term strategies; lead business development, Tender and resource arrangement. Drive strategic transformation, expand new energy construction business such as solar energy, energy storage and foster new profit drivers.

b) Oversee full-cycle project delivery, including progress, quality, cost and schedule. Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors, tackle major project issues to meet contract and quality standards.

c) Prioritize construction safety and occupational health. Abide by local codes and industry rules, manage operational, financial and safety risks to avoid accidents and legal issues.

d) Maintain sound relations with clients, investors, regulators and partners. Lead and develop management teams, shape corporate culture, optimize talent deployment to sustain profits, brand image and long-term development. Manage all the construction projects operation.

Job Requirements:

-Excellent experiences in Business, Engineering, Construction or related management field.

-Preferably in solar EPC or renewable energy projects. Possess in-depth knowledge of photovoltaic, energy storage and other new energy engineering construction businesses in China and Malaysia.

-Strong organizational, planning, and management skills.

-Experience coordinating with teams across multiple locations (Singapore, China, and Malaysia).

-Willing and able to travel frequently across Singapore, China, and Malaysia included weekend.

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers.
