Civil & Structural Engineer

Our esteemed client in the Consultancy industry is seeking a Civil & Structural Engineer to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Position: Civil & Structural Engineer
• Location: West
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Salary Package: Basic + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate 2D engineering drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software.
• Prepare comprehensive engineering reports, technical write-ups, structural/design calculations, and detailed technical specifications.
• Conduct technical and feasibility studies, including preliminary site investigations and assessments.
• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and cross-functional oversight of ongoing project lifecycles.
• Liaise directly with external stakeholders (including clients, regulatory authorities, architects, main contractors, and suppliers) to facilitate project coordination and resolve design or development issues.
• Perform on-site inspections and field investigations as required.
• Ensure all project designs, models, and workflows strictly comply with the latest local Codes of Practice and legal/statutory requirements.
• Conduct physical and digital research/data collection for internal innovation topics and collaborative industry-academic R&D initiatives.
• Undertake targeted research on designated engineering topics aligned with the organization’s corporate direction and objectives.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma of Civil Engineering or other related discipline with minimum 1 year of similar working experience.
• Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Willing to travel as and when needed.
• Having a Class 3 Driving License would be a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with CAD and other engineering design software.
