Job Summary

You will coordinate technical drawing specifications with project managers and engineers, utilize AutoCAD software, and maintain document control to support construction and civil engineering projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Apply sound knowledge of technical drawings to prepare and review project specifications
• Use AutoCAD software to create and modify technical drawings for construction projects
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure accurate specification preparation and submission approval
• Support tender processes by providing technical drawing assistance when required
• Maintain organized document control and filing systems for project documentation
• Manage assigned duties independently while working effectively under pressure
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and meet deadlines

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient use of AutoCAD software for technical drawing tasks ("Must know AutoCAD Software," "Good skills of using Auto CAD")
• Ability to interpret and apply technical drawings in construction or civil engineering contexts ("Sound knowledge in Technical drawings")

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering ("Degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil Engineering")
• 1 to 2 years of experience in construction or civil engineering projects ("Minimum 1 year to 2 years of experience in constructions or civil engineering")
• Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within a team ("Good interpersonal skills and able to work as team")

• Working Location: North side (nearest MRT is Admiralty)
• 5 days work week
• Salary range: $2,800 to $3,800
