Manage the transmission of documents and drawings to the client and sub-contractors
Prepare method of statement and work procedure
Ensure works are carried out in accordance with method of statement
Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update progress of work
Ensure quality of work is achieved and all government and safety regulation are compiled
Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation
Manage procurement of resources, monitor and control material usage on site to avoid unnecessary wastage
Prepare monthly progress report with progress photographs
Prepare detailed, accurate timely project reports including work schedules, implementations, deviations, change in subcontractors, customer issues and other related problems.
Initiate and implement best practices, procedures and standards in compliance with Company’s laws
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:-
Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline
Familiar with the design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar
Minimum 5years of working experience in construction industry
Self-motivated and independent with interpersonal skill
Knowledge of construction, engineering, procurement, industry standards and other project-related activities, their interfaces and interdependencies.
