CIVIL ENGINEER (BUILDING CONSTRUCTION)

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all civil and structural works for building construction projects.

Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents.

Prepare construction schedules, work plans, and project progress reports.

Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, engineering standards, and safety regulations.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project.

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.

Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.

Review and certify contractors' work progress and completed works.

Monitor project costs and assist in budget control.

Prepare and review engineering calculations, technical reports, and documentation.

Coordinate material procurement and verify material quality.

Attend project meetings and provide engineering advice and technical support.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental regulations, and statutory requirements.
