Civil Engineer (Construction)

•  Position : Civil Engineer (Construction)
• Location : Tuas South Street (Company Transport Provided - Buona Vista/ Tuas Area)
• Working hours : 5 days a week 8:00 am -5:45 pm (Monday - Friday)
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Salary Up to $5700 + Performance Bonus
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Civil Engineering & Construction

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender plans, technical logistics, and value engineering (VE) proposals
• Produce detailed drawings (architectural, structural, M&E) using AutoCAD/BIM
• Prepare survey plans, topographical maps, and engineering drawings
• Ensure drawings comply with project specs, codes, and standards
• Revise drawings based on site conditions and stakeholder feedback
• Support design coordination, clash detection, and model reviews
• Provide technical support to project and site teams
• Conduct site checks to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety
• Recommend corrective actions and improvement solutions (VE)
• Maintain proper documentation, version control, and drawing records

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in civil & structural works (main contractor preferred)
• Proficient in AutoCAD; BIM knowledge is an advantage
• Familiar with local regulations (BCA, SCDF, LTA, PUB, URA)
• Strong technical, analytical, and documentation skills
