Process daily invoices and payment submissions, and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors on payment-related matters.
Assist the Deputy Manager in preparing RFIs, RFQs and RFPs, and compile subcontractor quotations for price and commercial comparison.
Maintain and update procurement and commercial databases, including material orders and site-related documentation.
Support contract administration activities, including document control and record management.
Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely processing of commercial documentation.
Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Senior Quantity Surveyor or Contracts Manager.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. Candidates with a Quantity Surveying background will have an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
Self-motivated with a positive working attitude, professionalism and integrity.
A good team player who can adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
Willing to be based full-time at the project site in the Tuas area.
