Commercial Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Executive to support the company's commercial operations, client management, and business development activities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, maintain strong customer relationships, and contribute to the company's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and manage quotations, tenders, contracts, and commercial proposals.

•Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors on commercial matters.

•Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability to ensure commercial objectives are met.

•Support contract administration, variation claims, and project documentation.

•Coordinate with operations and finance teams on project progress, invoicing, and payment matters.

•Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.

•Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to support business growth.

•Prepare commercial reports, forecasts, and management updates.

•Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.

Requirements

•Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Construction Management, or related field.

•Minimum 2–5 years of experience in commercial, contracts, procurement, or business development roles.

•Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

•Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

•Experience in the construction, logistics, engineering, or related industries will be an advantage.

•Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Remuneration Details

•Salary Range from $3,500 to $5,000, offered within this range based on experience and qualifications

•5-day work week

•Leave entitlement: Annual Leave 14 days + Casual Leave 9 days + Medical Leave 14 days

•Quarterly Work Bonus / Commission
