Commercial Executive (ERSS & Geotechnical Works)

About the Role

Sing Lee Contractor Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Executive to support our Earth Retaining and Stabilising Structure (ERSS), piling, and geotechnical projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the Commercial Manager, Project Managers, and Site Teams to ensure projects are commercially successful from tender through final account.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare tenders, quotations, and cost estimates.
• Review tender documents, drawings, and contract requirements
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability.
• Source quotations and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
• Track project expenditures and support cost reporting.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and main contractors on commercial matters.
• Maintain proper contract and project documentation.
• Support contract administration and assist in resolving commercial issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in the construction industry. Experience in ERSS, piling, geotechnical, or civil engineering projects is an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction contracts and cost control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
