Job Advertisement: General Foreman / Construction Site Supervisor

Position: General Foreman / Site Supervisor

We are looking for a highly committed and experienced General Foreman / Construction Site Supervisor to manage site operations and lead workers effectively. This role requires hard work, long hours, and strong site discipline .

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and site workers

• Coordinate with engineers, main contractor, subcontractors, and workers

• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, schedule, and safety requirements

• Manage manpower, tools, and materials on site

• Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure compliance with WSH regulations

• Work at height and oversee high-risk activities

• Handle day & night rotating shifts and overtime when required

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in construction site supervision

• Strong leadership and ability to manage workers firmly

• Willing to work long hours, overtime, weekends, and night shifts

• Able to work at height and in demanding site conditions

• Knowledge of construction safety practices and MOM regulations

• Good communication skills (English / Tamil)

• BCA Safety Supervisor Certificate / relevant construction certification is an advantage
