Construction Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Take charge of all types of construction subcontract projects, arrange daily work schedule and task allocation for site workers.
2. Follow up project progress strictly, control construction cost and material wastage to finish projects on schedule and within budget.
3. Manage workers’ daily attendance and relevant work permit administration, implement BCA & MOM site safety regulations and regular safety inspection.
4. Communicate with main contractors and material suppliers to resolve on-site problems, site variation and delivery issues.
5. Inspect construction quality regularly to ensure works follow construction drawings and project specifications.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years Singapore construction site working experience, proficient in manpower supervision and whole project management.
2. Able to understand and read construction drawings skillfully.
3. Practical field experience supervising construction labour teams on various building projects.
4. WSH Supervisor certification will be an advantage.
