CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

construction Manager
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Civil, Electrical & Structural Engineering, with at least 5 years in supervising works on projects of similar size and complexity, particularly major building construction and deep excavation works.

Responsibilities:
Lead the C&S site staff to monitor, supervise, and inspect works as directed by CAG, QP(S), QP(Geo), electrical project consultants.

Exhibit strong leadership qualities, organizational abilities, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge

Be conversant with statutory codes and site supervision requirements, quality control procedures,

construction administration, and submission of progress reports.

Skills:
Demonstrate strong supervision and leadership abilities.

Flexibility:
Must be willing to work shifts.
