Construction Manager

Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced and competent Construction Manager to lead and manage our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations, including scheduling, supervising subcontractors, and monitoring progress to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are fulfilled smoothly and efficiently.
• Implement strategies to enhance site productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their expectations are met and satisfaction is achieved.
• Work with various departments to align efforts with company objectives.
• Ensure all site activities comply with company guidelines and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of multitasking and performing well under pressure.
• Proficient in using project management tools and software.
• Demonstrates effective leadership, sound decision-making, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
