CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Job Description:

• Oversee large-scale construction projects with strict deadlines and high safety requirements.
• Manage multiple contractors, subcontractors, and workers under demanding site conditions.
• Handle urgent issues, delays, manpower shortages, and client expectations simultaneously.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time despite unforeseen challenges (weather, manpower, technical issues).
• Enforce compliance with Singapore safety regulations, MOM guidelines, and company policies.
• Work long hours on-site, including weekends or public holidays when required.
• Take full accountability for project success and workforce discipline.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on project/site management experience.
• Strong knowledge of BCA/MOM regulations and local construction codes.
• Proven leadership in managing diverse site teams under pressure.
• Ability to resolve conflicts, maintain discipline, and meet strict deadlines.
• Willing to work under tough site conditions with high stress and responsibility.
