CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

1. Closely monitoring site progress, implementing corrective actions to address delays, and coordinating with the project team to provide regular progress updates.

2. Coordinate site construction team activities and supervise field operations to ensure the project is completed on schedule and within budget.

3. Prepare and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and identify potential delays or deviations.

4. Implement and enforce compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and applicable Singapore safety standards.

5. Monitor and manage company assets and equipment rentals for optimal utilization, and supervise manpower and overtime to ensure cost-effective operations within or below budget.

6. Ensure all work complies with regulations and company standards. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety protocols and risk assessments.

7. Resolve site issues efficiently and professionally.
