CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Position: Construction Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to completion.
• Manage daily site operations and ensure works are carried out according to project schedules.
• Supervise site staff, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, quality standards and workplace safety requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and government authorities on project matters.
• Prepare project reports, work schedules and progress updates.
• Control project costs and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Resolve site issues and implement corrective actions when required.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations and company policies.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate project activities with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant construction project management experience.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
