Our client is an Singapore company in the Construction industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Construction Manager to join their Engineering team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team.

They are located in Town – easily accessible via various modes of transport.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Supervise site operations, workers, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
• Monitor project progress and report updates, risks, and issues to the Project Manager.
• Ensure all changes to drawings, specifications, and work scopes are properly documented.
• Resolve site issues, delays, and emergencies promptly.
• Monitor productivity and recommend improvements to enhance project performance.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture on site.
• Manage site materials to minimize wastage and avoid overstocking.
• Monitor the use of company assets, equipment, manpower, and overtime to control project costs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience in residential, commercial, or government projects.
• Good technical knowledge of structural, architectural, or M&E works
