Job Summary

Report for daily toolbox meetings at 6 a.m. and manage office and site operations. Develop work schedules, supervise construction workers, enforce safety protocols, and liaise with authorities to ensure compliance and smooth project execution.

• Attend and actively participate in daily toolbox meetings at 6 a.m. to align on work plans and safety protocols
• Develop realistic work schedules and assign tasks to optimize project progress
• Supervise construction workers daily to ensure task completion and adherence to standards
• Enforce workplace safety measures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during project execution
• Mediate and resolve disputes between clients and workers to maintain workflow continuity
• Manage all office and site-related administrative and operational tasks with accountability
• Adapt to working in strict, challenging environments and flexible hours as required
