Client is a global real estate and investment management firm, seeking to hire an experienced Construction Manager (CM) for a 1-Year contract.

Location: CBD

Duration: 1-Year contract (Ongoing project for 5 years)

Salary:$7,000 – $7,300 (base)  

Your new role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager, to oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of works.

Project Planning & Execution

·       Develop, implement, and manage detailed construction plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

·       Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, deliverables, and milestone targets.

Site Management

·       Oversee daily on-site operations, including subcontractor coordination and material logistics.

·       Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Quality Control

·       Monitor work progress to ensure alignment with design specifications, codes, and quality standards.

Budget & Cost Control

·       Administer project budgets, monitor expenditures, and review/approve variation orders.

·       Identify and implement cost-optimization measures without compromising quality or performance.

Stakeholder & Risk Management

·       Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to maintain effective communication and alignment.

·       Prepare, compile, and deliver accurate progress reports and updates to stakeholders

·       Proactively identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

·       Ensure full compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements

What you'll need to succeed

·       Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

·       Minimum 10 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects with at least 5 years of experience managing Live building retrofitting or upgrading projects.

·       Proficiency in project management tools and software.
