Construction Manager (HDB/Condo/Landed Projects)

• Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Implement site safety programs and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Monitor progress, quality, and productivity of subcontractors and workforce.
• Resolve construction-related issues proactively.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ experience in HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction teams effectively.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
