Our Client is a A1 Main Contractor handling Civil and Infrastructure projects. With increasing projects in the pipeline locally & overseas, they are seeking experienced and professional individuals to join their local team.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Oversee site management and promptly resolve any technical issues that arise on-site.
• Coordinate with the project team, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor subcontractors' productivity rates and integrate them into the project schedule.
• Develop and implement tracking systems to closely monitor site activities and project progress.
• Conduct regular meetings with construction staff to enhance quality control and best practices.
• Possess experience working with the Land Transport Authority (LTA).
• Demonstrate expertise in all SWC (Specialist Work Contracts) works.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Professionally registered with the Institute of Structural Engineers.
• Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials and legal regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to liaise with professionals from other disciplines.

• Location: Central
• Working days: 5 Days
• Salary : up to S$10,000 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
