Construction Project Manager

the planning, implementation, and completion of projects while ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

Work collaboratively with Quantity Surveyors, Site Engineers, and Supervisors to ensure effective utilization of resources.

Conduct meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to establish project requirements, specifications, and expected deliverables.

Handle negotiations and administration of contracts with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.

Liaise with relevant authorities such as MOM, NEA, and HDB to secure permits, licenses, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Evaluate and plan manpower, equipment, and material needs across all stages of the project.

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

· 8 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in construction.
