Construction Project Manager

-Looking for PM for civil, external, structural and interior fitting out works.

- To also be well verse with MEP, ACMV and architectural works. To chair meeting with client & consultant, to manage sub contractors, scheduling works. Authorities submission and liaison with contractor PE for any design and submission as required.

-Develop, Monitor, update and report on project progress to ensure timely completion of work.

-Ensure compliance to quality and safety standards. Ensure workers adhere to safety regulations and are in a safe working environment.

-Liaise with sub-constructors, vendors, clients to ensure smooth progression and timely completion of quality works in accordance to schedule within required regulations, contract specifications.

-Lead a Project Team of consultants, contractors in daily-site activities.

-Positive working attitude and highly adaptable

-Possible good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work as a team player

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil engineering or other relevant fields recognized by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore (PE Board)

-At least 5 years relevant local experience in construction industry ( Including at least 2 years relevant local experience as a Project Manager in demolition projects).
