Job Description
* Identify and develop newbusiness opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
* Conduct site visits, preparecost estimates, quotations and proposals, and follow up on sales enquiries to secure projects.
* Coordinate with the OperationsTeam, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
* Monitor project progress,provide regular updates to clients, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Achieve assigned sales,profitability and business development targets while complying with the Company’s policies and procedures.
Requirements
* Diploma or Degree inEngineering, Building, Construction, Quantity Surveying, Business, or a related discipline.
* Experience in the construction,building maintenance or facilities management industry is preferred.
* Good communication, negotiationand interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Physically fit and willing to conduct regular site visits.
* Possess a valid Class 3 / 3ADriving Licence. Own vehicle is an added advantage.
* Experience in sales of construction servicing and maintenance contracts will be an added advantage.
