Construction Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Site Manager to oversee reinforced concrete (RC) construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will lead project teams, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee the execution of reinforced concrete (RC) structural projects.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and suppliers throughout the project.
• Review construction drawings, method statements, and technical submissions.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays or technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and project meetings to monitor performance and resolve issues.
• Manage procurement planning, material delivery schedules, and equipment utilization.
• Review and approve project reports, progress claims, variation orders, and other project documentation.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to minimize cost and schedule impacts.
• Monitor project costs and ensure works are completed within the approved budget.
• Ensure project is handover in time.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of RC structural works, construction methodologies, and project management.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with local construction regulations, safety requirements, and quality standards.
